March 2009
Dear Parents,
Greetings from Christ the King Lutheran Summer Camp. It is now time to enroll! Christ the King Lutheran Summer Camp will be in session from May 28- August 5, 2009. We will be closed Friday, July 3rd, as well as Monday and Tuesday, July 20 and July 21.
The Activity Fee for Grades K-7 and for Preschool 2, Preschool 3 and Preschool 4 is $125.00. This fee covers the costs of mini-camps, arts and crafts, and special events brought on campus. Activity fees are non-refundable and must be paid upon enrollment in order to hold a spot for your child. Please be sure to sign up for the number of days and weeks you will be attending. You are responsible for paying for the weeks and days you sign up for even if your child does not attend. If your tuition is more than a week behind, your child will be asked to leave until your account is brought up-to-date. If you are interested in including your summer tuition in with your automatic draft, please contact Kitty Kosman in the financial office at 682-8405.
Your child will be placed in the camp age group according to the class your child is completing for the current 2008/2009 school year. Mini camps in gymnastics, music and martial arts are included in the summer camp program. These programs will also be offered as lessons at an additional cost. We will provide further information as it becomes available.
