Prayer

We are a praying family here at Christ the King. The Gospels of Matthew and Mark describe how Jesus made it a priority everyday to escape from his work, go to a solitary place and talk to His Father. After all, there’s no better way to here your Father’s voice than to start the discussion yourself! We try to follow Jesus’ example. We pray together as an entire student body every morning, we pray together in our classrooms, and we pray together in twos and threes, to find comfort, guidance, and peace in God’s presence.
