Holy Week Schedule

For Christians, this week is set apart like no other. It is the week we remember the journey
Jesus took in our place to suffer and die on a cross for our sins. It’s a week we remember the
humiliation Jesus endured because He loved and obeyed His Father and dearly loved each of
us.

To remember these events, we gather together for worship on Thursday and Friday. Maundy
Thursday worship is at 7:00 p.m. and Good Friday worship is at 7:00 p.m. Our sadness turns to
an explosion of joy as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday. We offer three
worship times—7:00 a.m. Sunrise Service and 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. We would love to have you
join us if you have no church home. You will meet Jesus here through the Word and sacrament
and the people you encounter.

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

We Want Your Input - Online Parent Survey

Our leadership team is always looking for ways to make your child’s learning experience here
at Christ the King the very best it can possibly be. We delight to partner with parents and
grandparents in helping raise a child in the Lord’s ways during these formative years in a
child’s life. We also appreciate your feedback so we can do an even better job. Therefore, we
are again giving you an opportunity to take ten minutes to complete an online survey that
comprehensively covers all areas of our school’s programs.

Starting Monday, March 26 and running through Thursday, April 5, I ask that you complete the
Parent Survey that will be sent to your email account. Both parents can complete an individual
survey, or it can be done together as a family. It is very important to get your feedback.

Last year, you suggested we upgrade our hot lunch program, library access, and parent
programs. We agreed with you by making some significant positive changes in those areas.

Your completed survey is confidential. All information is gathered by a third party and passed
along to us without your name attached to it. Again, please help us become even better as a
school by completing the survey from March 26-April 5.

Thomas W. Geyer, Principal
