Dear Friends of Christ the King,
The number one reason our school is selected by new families is YOU. Given the challenges of the economy and specifically, the uncertainty of our city and county schools at the present time, many of your friends may be more receptive than ever to hear your story about Christ the King. Promoting CTK will: pave the way for future educational resource enhancements, attract, retain, and reward teachers, and provide additional instructional and technology resources. How? By sharing your wonderful story about CTK with other prospective families, we can increase enrollment toward capacity. The School Board is excited about the possible rewards a referral program could offer our educational program. Please take a moment to review this information and prayerfully consider whom you could invite to be a part of equipping Christian leaders for success and service in the 21st century.
For each new student in grades K-8 that is referred to Christ the King by an existing CTK family, is accepted into the academic program, and attends: the referring family will receive a $700 voucher. Vouchers can be applied in the following ways:
+ $700 payment to the referring family
+ Donating the voucher to the new family being referred
+ Donating the voucher back to the school to benefit one of these CTK programs:
- Annual Fund Campaign
- Financial Assistance
- Athletic Program
+ $700 toward tuition of referring family's child(ren)
Limitations and restrictions:
- "New student" is defined as one without any other siblings currently enrolled in CTK.
- Returning students may be referred if they have not attended CTK in the past two years.
- Referring family must fill out and attach form and submit it to the School Office prior to the family being accepted. Form can be filled out online.
- The referral may not be made retroactively.
- The new student must be entering Kindergarten through Grade 8.
- The voucher can be redeemed for payment payable to the referring family, donated to the family being referred, or designated to the Annual Fund, Financial Assistance, or Athletic program, or used as a credit toward the referring family's tuition payment.
- The voucher is considered a taxable benefit based on current IRS regulations. If the voucher is designated to Christ the King it is a considered a charitable contribution and qualified as a tax deduction.
- This referral incentive program is a limited time offer (first come, first served for the first 30 new students) and will be in place from February 15, 2012 through October 15, 2012.
- This offer is subject to the following enrollment restrictions: (1) the class must be able to accommodate the new student being referred; (2) new students must meet Christ the King admission qualifications/criteria (application/testing/interview); and (3) new student(s) remain(s) in good standing into the second semester. The school principal makes the final decision regarding acceptance.
- If the referring student(s) withdraws before the beginning of the second semester, the referral reward will not be awarded.
- There is no limit to the number of students a Christ the King School family may refer.
- Rebates are available for referrals made between February 15, 2012 and October 15, 2012.
- The referral reward will be awarded by May 15, 2013.
