Friends
and Future Friends of CTK,
Christ The King Lutheran
School (CTK) is one of over 2,400 Lutheran schools in
the country, and we are in one of the most dynamic phases
of our fifth decade of service to the greater Memphis
community. Our new and expanded Early Childhood
Center is in its sixth year of operation. We have
a new Science and Technology Center, and our gym has undergone
a major renovation. Our student body is growing.
Our
motto for the 2007-2008 school year is: "Standing
on God's Promises", and the verse is Acts 2:39 -
'The promise is for you and your children."
We
are a special school because we are able to bring together
a diverse student body.
We
have academic programs that attract and develop excellent
students. We will be glad to share with you where
our graduates go to high school and college and how well
they do.
While
we are very proud of our excellent students, this is not
our only focus. We also work hard at being an inclusive
school. We attract students with diverse backgrounds,
and we keep our tuition affordable in order to serve a wide
range of students.
Finally
we have a proud record of compassion by serving children
with special needs.
