Recreational Free Time

Recreational free time is an integral part of fostering the minds of young students. This free time allows for students to recharge and focus for academic performance.

 

All students, Kindergarten-8th grades receive recess. In accordance to the newly passed TN State Bill (HB0085), students in Kindergarten-5th grades receive a minimum of 40 minutes of unstructured play. Students in 6th-8th grades receive a minimum of 30 minutes of unstructured play. 

 

Our facilities allow students to have recreational free time even in inclement weather.
